Each client will be given a client agreement and waiver form to fill out and sign prior to their first session and it will be kept on file.
 
They will also be given a new client questionnaire where you can let us know things like special accommodations we may need to plan for, if you have any known preferences as far as eye contact, music ,lighting, etc., and other things that would be helpful for us to plan for your first cuddle session.

A consultation is required prior to your first session with any professional. This will generally take 20-60 minutes. Please ask your professional for details on how they conduct their consultations.

1. The cuddle sessions are NOT to be interpreted as sexual. All touching, both given and received, will be conducted in a professional manner with non-sexual intent. If you have a question about whether something is appropriate, ask first or simply don’t do it.

2. Touching with hands is limited to areas which would not be covered by a swimsuit normally.

3. Both parties will remain fully clothed with minimum coverage being workout shorts and a tank top.  Dress comfortably. Cuddling can get warm, so most people will feel comfortable on top of the covers with shorts/leggings and a t-shirt or tank top. Socks are also recommended if your toes get cold.

4. Hands will remain outside of clothing at all times for both parties.

5. Kissing of any kind, anywhere, is not acceptable.

6. Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session.

7. A current form of state or government issued identification is required and will be kept on file, or another way to verify your identity per the discretion of the professional is required before a session may take place.

8. Cleanliness and adequate hygiene are required by both parties. This includes showering and having teeth brushed close to the appointment time, wearing freshly laundered clothing, and no perfume/cologne worn as well as no smell of smoke.  All clothing (and bedding used) will be freshly laundered.

9. Both parties are requested to verbalize any unwanted actions before and during sessions. To avoid misconduct either party may guide hands away from an action or give 2 quick taps to stop any action.

10. Session time begins at the requested appointment time, and session length may be monitored by a 3rd party.

11. Should any of the client's actions be interpreted as inappropriate or a risk to personal safety, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately with no warning or refund given.

12. Payment is required prior to the start of any session. If additional time is requested during a session, payment must be made immediately and the 3rd party may need to be updated.

13. Audio and Video monitoring may be used by the professional for safety. If this is the case they will verbally discuss this with me prior to beginning any recording.

14. Cuddle Corner NOLA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will decline any session requests at their discretion.

15. No specific information regarding the client will ever be shared with another party unless you, as the client, give written or e-mail permission and as required by law.

16. At the time of a session, I am free of colds, open wounds, any anything that may be contagious through skin to skin contact or through bodily fluids. If I have any cold/allergy symptoms, a papercut or other injury that is covered by a band aid/other dressing, I will discuss this before the session begins to confirm consent to continue or reschedule for a later date.

17. Cuddle Corner NOLA and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any property loss that may occur, or for any injuries that may result from a session. Client will release the company and employees from any and all liability (except for gross negligence and/or willful misconduct) for such incidents.
 
18. Hands and feet are to remain outside of clothing at all times. This includes not going under shirt sleeves, or moving clothing out of the way to find the skin underneath. If clothing moves out of place, allow the person to move it back themselves; this is not an opportunity to push boundaries.
 
19. No kissing of any kind, anywhere is allowed. Yes, even pecks on top of the head or cheek are to be avoided with your cuddle partner.
 
20. The professional reserves the right to carry a self defense weapon with them.
 
21. If either party feels unsafe or uncomfortable a session may be stopped at any time, but no refunds will be given regardless of who ends the session or for what reason.

22. The professional may give session details including name, location, time and length of session to a 3rd party and may subsequently verify their safety upon completion of the session using a code that will be uniquely used to confirm they are not under duress. If they are unable to provide the code within a predetermined amount of time of the session ending, the police may be dispatched to the location of the appointment.

Q: Does a professional cuddling session require touch to be involved in every session?

A: No; it is up to the cuddler and client to decide if there will be touch in their session.


Q: What if I have a "physical reaction"?

A:  If you do have a “physical reaction” to the cuddle session, it’s ok. Please ensure you move yourself so that it may dissipate on its own. Any part of your anatomy that is in a state of physical arousal should not be in physical contact with your cuddler.
